Viola Gonzales has been teaching salsa for over a decade. Her diverse resume of training allows her to transform into different dance worlds with her own unique style and grace. Viola's training started when she was a child with competitive skating in figures, dance and freestyle then moving on as a teenager to compete in dance/cheerleading with Golden State Warriors Choreographer. Viola has trained and studied in the competitive dances International Latin and Standard Ballroom with some of the top professionals in the world. In the social dance world she is well versed in Argentine Tango and Swing. She is best known for her teaching, and social dancing skills for Salsa. Viola has partnered with well known and respected Cuban Dance Master and Percussionist Roberto Borrell. They performed together Traditional Cuban Dances such as Danzon, Son and ChaChaCha.
